Returns & Refund Request

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email your request to service@soomoda.com with your reason for return.
2. Return instructions will be replied once receive your request.
3. Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
4. Once the package is received your return will be completed.

Returns & Refund Request

1. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days your package has been delivered.
2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. 
3. Items marked as FINAL SALES cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a quality issue.
