Welcome to Soomoda! An account can allow customers to access to own order history and address. It is optional to create your account. 

Note: You can not log in your account if never creating an account. It is invalid to click on " forget your password".

Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation

Order confirmation will be sent to the email listed on your order once you complete an order.Therefore, please ensure that your email address should be correct.  

Shipping confirmation will be sent when your order is fulfilled and shipped to the destination. Please feel free to contact us if you don't receive any notification in 7 days. Email to: service@soomoda.com .

Cancel Order 

1) How to cancel my order?

Any order can be easily canceled before shipping from the warehouse. Contact our customer service to request the refund if you really want to.

2) Cancellation Success

You will receive an order cancellation email notification when customer service is successful to cancel an order. Please ensure your email address is correct.

Note: If you don't receive any order or shipping info, you can inquire customer service for a confirmation.
